Refund Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund request using our automated returns process. The link to do so is located in the footer of our website, you will need your order number to initiate a return, this was emailed to you when you purchased.
- Condition of Product: We accept all products for refunds, up to 4 items from your first order, even if the jars are empty. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that you need to try the product to know if it works for you. On subsequent orders, we guarantee our products against defect and shipping damage.
- Proof of Purchase: An order number from your purchase is required to operate the automated system. We do not accept returns from our Amazon store, those can be handled directly through your Amazon account or by contacting Amazon customer service.
How to Request a Refund
- Automated Return Process: We've made the return process simple and fully automated. Please visit our website and navigate to the 'Begin A Return' link in the footer of our website to initiate your refund request.
- Prepaid Shipping Labels: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return your product(s). This makes the process hassle-free and convenient for you.
- Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund total to cover the cost of the prepaid shipping label.
- Product Return: Pack the product(s) securely and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the package. Drop it off at any designated shipping location. Save your tracking!
Processing Your Refund
- Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and process your returned product(s), your refund will be issued. Please allow up 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method, after it has been inspected.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If this is not possible, we will arrange an alternative refund method with you.
- Notification of Refund: We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
